It costs £90 to private hire the sauna, cold plunges and social area for 1 hour, and £150 for 2 hours.

The sauna comfortably seats 6 people but has often housed 8 when groups of friends have come together and people don’t mind sitting much closer together. So, if you’d like, you can bring up to 8 people with you for these prices

If you’d like to hire the sauna space for more than 8 people and/or more than 2 hours fill in the enquiry form with as much detail as possible and we’ll provide you with a  bespoke quote. 

Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time to allow time to park and for a quick sauna safety briefing. We suggest arriving in your swimwear and ready to sauna. Remember to arrive clean and showered. 

• Swimwear
• 2 towels (one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off after the cold plunge) 
• Water bottle
• Suitable footwear for walking between the sauna and cold plunge, i.e flip flop, crocs etc
• Dryrobe or other suitable attire to relax in between sauna & cold plunge rounds in our social area. 

This is your time, so do what feels right for you on the day. As a general guide, most people enjoy 5 – 15 minute blocks of time in the sauna (depending on how experienced you are, health factors etc) and then a period of cooling off. This could simply be standing outside in the fresh air, enjoying a light showering from the watering can, or embracing a full-body submerge in the cold plunge. Rest, relax, or get started on another ‘round’ and get back in the sauna before cooling off again. Remember to keep hydrated throughout your time and for a few hours afterwards. 

We don’t have a private changing area, so we recommend either arriving with your swimwear under your regular clothing or dryrobe, or embracing the al-fresco change under the privacy of your towel. 

No, like many mobile saunas across the UK we do not have showers at our sauna location. There will be watering cans and a cold plunge available for you to use to cool down between sauna rounds. 

We ask that you have recently showered before attending the sauna for the comfort of you and your fellow sauna guests. You should rinse off using the watering can before getting into the cold plunge after a sauna round. 

Yes there are compost loos in the same field as the sauna.

In theory, sauna is for everyone! If you have a medical condition or are pregnant then please seek medical advice first. We require young people aged 16 & 17 to be accompanied by an adult to a community sauna session. We allow children from the age of 5 to attend with their caregivers at our special family friendly sessions (where we keep the sauna temperature lower than usual and provide guidance on safe sauna use for children). Look out for these special events on the website and our Instagram.

If you are pregnant or have any underlying health problems, please seek advice from your doctor first before booking in. Sauna and cold plunge can be beneficial for many health conditions, but its always advisable to check with a medical professional first. Remember, it’s hot in the sauna, always listen to your body, take lots of breaks and keep hydrated.

Community sauna sessions are non-refundable but are transferable, providing you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you give us less than 48 hours notice we will do our best to transfer your slot but we cannot guarantee this. 

For private hire bookings, either on site or at your location, we take a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking confirmation. The final balance is due 14 days before your event. If you need to cancel more than 14 days ahead of your event then we will happily transfer your booking and deposit to another date. If you need to cancel less than 14 days ahead of your event then we cannot guarantee to transfer your booking to another date. We’ll do our best to fill your booking slot, and if we do then we’ll happily rearrange for you.

Yes absolutely. Please ensure you bring a water bottle. Hydration whilst sauna bathing is really important. There is a tap nearby where you can fill this up. There are no shops on site or close by, so please do bring snacks and food to keep you going during your time on site. Please don’t take food inside the sauna and enjoy it outside in the social area instead. 

Yes we absolutely are. If you already run a hospitality, leisure, accommodation or wellness business and you have a suitable spot for a mobile sauna and cold plunge, we’d love to hear from you. Or maybe you run a wellness business and you’d like to bring your clients to New House Farm for a combined sauna and yoga class, for example.
